Mysher Aviary is a family-owned aviary in Baesa, Quezon City. What began with one pair of lovebirds is now home to more than fifty breeding pairs — and a lot of very spoiled parrots.

Meet Sherwin
Still the birds' favourite person.
Twenty-five years in, Sherwin still spends his days in the aviary. Hand-raising means every bird here grows up around people — and some of them, like this umbrella cockatoo, never want to let go.

Licensed & legal
A government-licensed wildlife farm.
Buying a parrot should never mean wondering where it came from. Mysher Aviary holds a Wildlife Farm Permit from the DENR, so every bird here is bred legally, from legally sourced parents, under government oversight.

Wildlife Farm Permit (Small-Scale)
Issued and renewed by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Capital Region.
- Licensed breeding facilityDENR-NCR permits the aviary to breed wildlife at its Quezon City facility.
- Legally sourced birdsBreeding stock must come from accredited breeders, with permits secured before any acquisition.
- Inspected & reportedDENR can inspect the aviary at any time, and births and sales are reported to them every quarter.
- Leg-banded birdsBreeding birds and their young must carry a marking such as a leg band; only marked, captive-bred birds may be sold.
Nest cam
Good birds start with good parents.
Healthy, well-paired parents do the first and most important job: sitting on the eggs, guarding the nest and keeping the chicks warm. These clips come straight from our nest boxes.
Conure parents keep a close watch over their chick and eggs in the nest box.
